Prison Bus Healing Items: Prices and Where to Get Them

Last updated:

Prison Bus healing items explained: what Bandage, Health Pack and Medic Pack cost as Roblox developer products, and where bandages are collected during a run.

Quick answer

Prison Bus sells three healing-related developer products — Bandage for R$9, Health Pack for R$19 and Medic Pack for R$39 — plus a Revive product at R$39, and bandages can also be collected for free at roadside stops during a run.

Prison Bus sells its healing supplies in two forms: named developer products you buy with Robux, and bandages you can gather yourself at stops along the route. The exact Robux prices for these healing-related products are below, along with where the free pickups appear during a run.

The paid healing products and their Robux prices

The game's catalog includes three developer products under healing-related names: Bandage for R$9, Health Pack for R$19 and Medic Pack for R$39. They sit inside a much larger shop — 46 developer products in total, priced anywhere from R$9 to R$1,599 — listed next to entries like the Pistol (R$35) and Driver Class (R$49).

A fourth related product, Revive, is listed at R$39, directly alongside Medic Pack. The catalog entry does not describe its effect — for what is known about reviving, see the revive guide.

These prices come from a snapshot of the game's product catalog, so they can change with updates. The listing also shows names and prices only: it does not say how much health each pack restores or how Bandage, Health Pack and Medic Pack differ beyond cost. For the mechanics of healing once you have supplies, see the how to heal guide and the health page.

The same catalog also sells packs such as the Starter Pack (R$19) and Melee Pack (R$49), which are grouped on the item packs page.

Getting bandages for free during a run

Paid products are not the only source. In one full playthrough of the route, bandages appear as items collected into the hotbar: after a stop at a roadside house, the player's 9-slot hotbar held bandages alongside a gas can, water bottles and a lantern, with the HUD progress bar toward Prison reading "143 Miles Left". At a later stop, with prisoners in orange jumpsuits boarding through the bus door and "460 Miles Left" on the bar, the hotbar was filled with gathered supplies.

The stops themselves are where you gather. The bus parks, you get off, and the surrounding buildings hold supplies — that playthrough shows the roadside house stop and, further along the drive, the interior of a night roadside shop with the bus parked outside ("761 Miles Left" on the HUD). Stops are also where route events happen, such as prisoners boarding the bus, which the prisoner pickup guide covers.

Two practical points follow from how the inventory works:

  • Bandages share the 9-slot hotbar with every other supply you carry, from the gas can to water bottles and a lantern, so hotbar space is limited and bandages compete with fuel and other supplies for slots.
  • Supplies are found by getting off at the stops, so it is worth searching a stop before climbing back into the driver's seat.

For how the drive and its stops fit together, the route guide covers the journey in detail.

The two sources solve different problems. Developer products are a straightforward Robux purchase from the catalog: pay R$9, R$19 or R$39 and the named Bandage, Health Pack or Medic Pack product is yours. Gathered bandages cost no Robux — they are picked up at stops the route already makes, and they take the same hotbar slots you need for fuel and other supplies.

One thing the available material does not settle is whether a purchased product lands in your hotbar as the same bandage item you find at stops, or how their effects compare. The catalog lists names and prices only, and the playthrough shows bandages only as gathered items. What is certain: the exact price of each healing-related product, and that bandages can be collected for free at roadside stops during a run.
